Por ahora no hay centros de acopio habilitados fuera de Colombia. Solo se reciben donaciones en dinero desde el exterior. There are no collection points outside Colombia at this time. From abroad, only monetary donations are being accepted.

La Cruz Roja recomienda dinero antes que especie: se mueve más rápido, no paga flete y se compra lo que de verdad hace falta en cada zona. The Red Cross recommends money over goods: it moves faster, avoids shipping costs, and buys what each area actually needs.

Estoy en Colombia — ¿qué es Bre-B, Nequi, Daviplata?I'm in Colombia — what are Bre-B, Nequi, Daviplata?

Son formas de pago locales. Bre-B es el sistema de pagos inmediatos: en vez del número de cuenta usas una "llave" (un correo o un número). Nequi y Daviplata son billeteras digitales de Bancolombia y Davivienda. These are local payment methods. Bre-B is Colombia's instant payments system, where a "key" (an email or phone number) replaces the account number. Nequi and Daviplata are digital wallets run by Bancolombia and Davivienda.

Si estás fuera de Colombia no necesitas nada de esto. Los botones de arriba funcionan con tu tarjeta normal. If you're outside Colombia you don't need any of this. The buttons above work with your regular card.

¿Puedo deducir impuestos?Can I claim a tax deduction?

Esto solo cambia dónde puedes deducir, no si tu donación llega. This only affects where you can deduct — not whether your donation arrives.

El dinero llega a Colombia en todos los casos. Lo que cambia es si el certificado de donación te sirve para tu declaración de impuestos: solo vale si la organización está registrada en el país donde tributas. The money reaches Colombia either way. What changes is whether the donation receipt counts on your tax return: it only does if the organization is registered where you pay taxes.

Confirma el beneficio fiscal con la organización o con tu contador. Las reglas de deducción cambian por país, por tipo de contribuyente y por monto. Esta guía indica dónde existe la vía local, no cuánto puedes deducir. Confirm the tax treatment with the organization or your accountant. Rules vary by country, taxpayer type and amount. This guide shows where a local route exists, not how much you can deduct.
